Terms of Order and Delivery of Products from Nedelya Confectioneries
To place an order, log in with your username and password. If you do not wish to register you can place an order without registration. Add the selected products to your shopping cart and confirm your order by filling in your address if the order is delivered or choose the confectionery from which you wish to receive it. Standard cakes
Each cake from the Standard Cakes section can be ordered for delivery not earlier than 6 hours from the time of order.
If you choose to get a cake from a selected confectionery, it can be done not earlier on the next day after 02:00 pm.
Special, Children and Wedding Cakes
Each cake from the Special, Children, Occasion and Wedding cakes sections can be ordered for delivery or receipt from a selected confectionery not earlier than 24 hours as from the time of order.
When choosing to receive the cake from a selected confectionery, the customer shall not pay a delivery price.
Drinks, candles for cake, packs, cards and party accessories
From our site you can also order drinks, candles for cakes, cards, packs or party accessories. However, they can not be ordered as a stand-alone order, but only when the order contains a cake.
Time supply intervals
We deliver our products to your chosen address every day from 9:00 to 20:00 on the territory of Sofia. We deliver at one-hour intervals: 09:00-10:00, 10:00-11:00, 11:00-12:00, 12:00-13:00, 14:00-15:00, 15:00-16:00, 16:00-17:00, 17:00-18:00, 18:00-19:00, 19:00-20:00 h.
After filling the capacity of an interval, it becomes inactive. The first possible delivery interval becomes the next.
If you prefer, you can also get your order from a convenient Nedelya confectionery that you may pick from the list of establishments. Make your order as described above but choose to pick it from one of our confectioneries. In this case, no delivery fee is payable.
